Whether you are stressed and fatigued from a hectic lifestyle, or have a chronic medical condition like diabetes or heart disease that can seriously effect your well-being, the Center for Well-Being can offer you the knowledge, skills and confidence to move forward into wellness.

At the Center for Well-Being, we have developed a wide range of health education programs that address the needs of the whole person, including:


Medically accurate information on bio-psycho-social aspects of health and disease
Tools to effectively manage specific chronic conditions
Skills to make and keep healthy lifestyle changes
Support for you and your family to maintain health

Group educational and movement programs are taught by experienced nurses, dietitians, exercise physiologists, and other health care professionals. Individual nutritional consulations, wellness coaching, and personal training are also available.
