Personal Fitness Training
Kick-start your exercise program with personal training at the Center for Well-Being. Training packages include a fitness assessment and goal setting, instruction in cardiovascular activity, strength training and flexibility and recommendations to vary workouts. Dustin Maul, ACLS certified
Dustin Maul is an Exercise Specialist at HeartWorks. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University as well as a certification in Gerontology. Dustin provides personal training and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Education and movement programs are provided for people with diabetes, coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure, high cholesterol, asthma, arthritis, and other diagnoses.
